What you send us
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, selected interest category and message. These are used to respond and handle your request. Please do not send information that we do not need for this purpose.
Product enquiries are communications at your request before a possible contract is concluded. We handle other ordinary questions under our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our work. We do not use messages for unsolicited marketing.
Delivery and form protection
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request to prevent abuse, and Resend sends the message to our Gmail inbox. Verification may involve processing technical data, including your IP address. You can also email us directly.

Retention and your rights
We keep data from ordinary enquiries while handling them and for any necessary follow-up communication. If a contractual relationship is established, necessary data is retained according to the applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Under the applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies and use of the website
The language is part of the page address (for example /en for English) and is not stored in your browser. We do not automatically detect your browser language; you can change it using the language selector. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts, icons and photos are hosted with the website. Instagram is not embedded; the link opens an external service with its own data processing rules.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form by checking requests for abuse. We do not use the optional pre-clearance mode that creates a cf_clearance cookie. Technical data processed during verification is described above.
Website analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 only after your voluntary consent. Google Ireland Limited provides the service for this website. We measure visits, traffic sources, product views, clicks, scrolling, selected language and successful enquiries. Technical information about the browser, device, approximate location and visit identifiers is processed. According to Google documentation, Analytics does not store IP addresses. Names, email addresses and message contents from the form are not sent to Analytics. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals, heatmaps or session recordings.
The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies are set to expire after 180 days; this period may renew during use. We store your consent or refusal, its date and the information version in localStorage under antlerwood_consent for 180 days. GA4 user and event data is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain available longer.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops measurement, removes analytics cookies accessible to the website and reloads the page. Refusal does not restrict browsing or submitting the form. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted. Google may process data outside the EU, including in the USA, under its terms and international transfer safeguards.
