What you send us
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, selected interest category and message. These are used to respond and handle your request. Please do not send information that we do not need for this purpose.
Product enquiries are communications at your request before a possible contract is concluded. We handle other ordinary questions under our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our work. We do not use messages for unsolicited marketing.
Delivery and form protection
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request to prevent abuse, and Resend sends the message to our Gmail inbox. Verification may involve processing technical data, including your IP address. You can also email us directly.

Retention and your rights
We keep data from ordinary enquiries while handling them and for any necessary follow-up communication. If a contractual relationship is established, necessary data is retained according to the applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Under the applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies and use of the website
We use the functional antlerwood_locale cookie to remember the language you select for one year. It contains only a language code. You can change it by selecting another language or delete it in your browser. On your first visit, we select a supported language from your browser preferences, falling back to English. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, icons and photos are hosted with the website. Instagram is not embedded; the link takes you to an external service with its own data processing rules.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form by checking requests for abuse. We do not use the optional pre-clearance mode that creates a cf_clearance cookie. Technical data processed during verification is described above.
